Spicevpn.com, давненько на рынке... Надежные и понимающие ребята, им-бы немного обновить дизайн, да серверов добавить и цены бы им не было. Скорее всего грамотные технари-интузиасты, оценил-бы на 5-ку но "замечания" им надо исправить, а по работе нареканий нет-сервис годный
