Awful

Poor technical support. No refund after canceling. Unfortunately, I have to give one star. Subscribed for a month, then cancelled on their site after having many problems connecting. Didn’t get a refund , and after contacting them , they said none would be issued. Stay well away from Overplay. Many of my expat friends had the same problem . Ripoff

Works well, not easy to use

The service doesn’t take too long to set up and works fine overall. There are plenty of secure and anonymous IP addresses. It has the potential to become a very good service, but the setup is more complicated than others I’ve used, although the FAQs are quite useful, as are user forums.
