Souscrit un abonnement de 6 mois à 24.90 euros le 01/01/2021,a fonctionné jusqu’au 11/02/2021en panne depuis le 12/02/2021Erreur 691 Plusieurs mails envoyés aucune réponse reçue à ce jour 24/02/2021 silence total.SAV totalement inéxistant. Malheureusement impossible de les joindre par téléphone et pas de réponse aux mails. A méditer avant de souscrire un abonnement.

J'ai payé un forfait d'un an d'une valeur de 49,90€ et je n'ai jamais reçu de paramètres de configuration de la connexion ni d'identifiants de compte. Le support m'a dit avoir envoyé les paramètres et maintenant que je demande le remboursement, c'est silence radio...
